Western Motorcycles began trading in small understated premises in St Mary’s, west of Sydney in 1975 selling Suzuki Motorcycles. It was the beginning of a dream for owners and motorcycle enthusiasts Ray and Narelle Moody. The sale of their first house to fund the business meant for some nervous times in the early days but it wasn’t long before they had outgrown these premises and made the move to the Penrith in 1981.

Here business continued to flourish as Western Motorcycles joined forces with Honda Motorcycles in 1992. Now the stage was set for Western Motorcycles to become one of the major players in the Sydney motorcycle scene, and as a result another move was necessary and so it was to their current location on Mulgoa Rd, Penrith. Purpose built premises that mark Western Motorcycles intent to survive and prosper in a competitive market place were completed in 1998 along with an unrivalled commitment to excellence.
