We are happy to exchange items purchased from us provided our return terms and conditions are followed.

Please contact us by phone on 02 47331733 or use our Contact us page to notify us of the return so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We will then send you the appropriate return application or approval

Items that are normally stocked in store must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non stock items orderd from Honda Australia and Suzuki Australia must be returned inside of 10 working days of delivery.

Items being returned must not be used or damaged and all original tags and packaging must still be intact. If you  are unable to return the item to the store in person and choose to send the item, the item cannot have any labels, tape or anything applied onto the original packaging that will damage the packaging apon removal. Please ensure that the item is wrapped and packed safely and securely before being sent to us. Western Motorcycles does not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit while being returned to us.

Western Motorcycles recommends using a freight option that has adequate insurance, and is trackable when returning items to us. Western Motorcycles will not be responsible for any items that are lost in transit while being returned to us. Time taken to process returns will vary depending on your location and the freight option you choose.

Items must be returned with a copy of the purchase receipt and a copy of your return request approval form.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email.

If a return is the result of our error (ie, received incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping costs. Please also ensure that original packaging and tags are still intact. 

If the parts being returned are special order items, that are not stocked by Western Motorcycles, an approval has to be given to us by the supplier (eg. Honda, Suzuki or the appropriate importer of the item) before we can issue a return approval. A return fee will also be charged. This fee is determined on a case by case basis.  If the return is due to a mistake made by Western Motorcycles. no fee will be charged.

If any items from your order are not in stock in Australia, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you choose to backorder any nil stock items, we require a confirmation of  backorder via email. We will then return a confirmation of the backorder to you via email.

Backordered parts cannot be cancelled or returned for credit.

We are unable to return items under the value of Aud$30.00 to Honda or Suzuki, so please be careful in your choice of items.

We are unable to return electrical items to Honda or Suzuki, so please be careful when ordering any electrical items as we do not offer returns on these items.

HELMET RETURNS: If you wish to exchange a helmet due to incorrect size choice, please contact us before the helmet is returned. Western Motorcycles will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue. Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return. Helmet returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not accepted until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable. Western Motorcycles recommends that if you are making a first time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, and we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.


Western Motorcycles watch our popular items closely. This helps us keep stock in store of these items and keeps turn around times of your orders as short as possible. However there will be times that items are not in stock in store. We order these items from our suppliers every morning to keep your order times as short as possible. We will contact you either by phone or email to discuss any orders that require this process. Usually this will only add an extra day or two to the order times and we will notify you with any info regarding these order times.

Orders are shipped via an Express courier service, and require signature on delivery unless instructions are given otherwise. Items classed as dangerous goods (oil, aerosols, etc), and bulky, heavy items (tyres, stands, gearbags,etc) are shipped via road freight. Delivery times and prices for these items can vary depending on your location, so contact us for an estimate.

Enquiries regarding international orders should be emailed to us via our Contact us page.

Our website will not support orders placed from other countries, and need to be processed manually by our Online Sales Team so that freight costs can be calculated. All international orders are shipped via Express Post International. This service includes TrackandTrace, and signature on delivery. Western Motorcycles will not ship hazardous goods to international customers.

Western Motorcycles can only accept payment via PayPal or Bank Deposit from overseas customers. Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be accepted for these purchases.


All pricing is in Australian dollars ($AUD). All of the prices, contents and specifications are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice.

We take no responsibility for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.
